Relevant Grades
Grade B | BB
The best grade available for clear finishing.
‘B’ grade is normally available with ‘BB’ Grade reverse.
Grades S | BB & S+ | BB
Good enough quality face for clear finishing or painting, few natural defect and well-made patches are allowed.
Grade BB
Suitable for all general woodworking. This is the main commercial grade.
Grade BB|CP & BB|WG
Standard commercial grades with only one side suitable for all general woodworking. Reverse side can have numerous defects.
Grade CP
Mainly for Packing crates and furniture carcasses.
Grade C
Similar to Grade WG. It can be unsanded with open defects and discoloration.
Grade WG
Large knots, patches, open defects, staining and discoloration are permitted. This grade is mainly used for packing crates and where unseen, such as upholstered furniture.

Base Plywood
Birch plywood is made of cross-bonded 1.4 mm thick Birch veneers and bonded with weather and boil-resistant PF (Phenol Formaldehyde) adhesive.
Designed and tailor-made to serve in demanding applications, birch plywood can be ordered with special oriented veneer structures to provide even higher strength and stiffness properties.
